“MORONA EP” is a public company, attached to the Municipal Government of the Morona canton, which, as part of its specific line of business, has the following purposes: Identify, promote, execute, manage, and/or transfer development projects of: Social and public interest housing, Basic Infrastructure, Roads, Urban Equipment, Consulting, administration, maintenance and operation of municipal public services, and present, promote and execute the system of air, land, river and multimodal transportation services for passengers and/or cargo, promoting territorial development, as determined by the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and applicable Laws.
