Services

Identify, promote, execute, manage, and/or transfer development projects for: Social and public housing, Basic Infrastructure, Roads, Urban Equipment and Consulting, promoting territorial development, as determined by the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and applicable laws, as follows: 

1. SOCIAL AND PUBLIC HOUSING: Provision of consulting and advisory services for: land division, subdivision, urbanization, and all types of land subdivision designs that facilitate land development and contribute to solving housing and urban development problems, in addition to the development of architectural and civil engineering designs for all types of housing, prioritizing low-income housing; Providing advice, assistance, and technical support to social or professional organizations and individuals whose objectives include acquiring land for the construction of housing for their members; Provision of construction and rehabilitation services, as well as architectural, civil engineering, and other works.

2. BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE: Provision of consulting services through comprehensive studies for the construction of drinking water, sewage, wastewater treatment, and solid waste management systems, environmental sanitation activities, and those established by law, as well as electricity and internet service; provision of implementation, construction, and rehabilitation services for the proper functioning of all the detailed public services.
3. ROADS: Provision of consulting services through comprehensive studies for road opening, rectification, improvement, construction, signage, and maintenance, including sidewalks and curbs. 4. URBAN EQUIPMENT: Provision of consulting services through comprehensive studies for the construction and implementation of buildings and spaces, predominantly for public use, where tasks are performed both in addition to housing and work, and to improve economic activities, for urban and rural areas; and the construction, implementation, and installation of equipment.
5. CONSULTORIA: Provisión de servicios de consultoría mediante estudios completos para: Vivienda, Infraestructura básica, Vialidad, y Equipamiento Urbano, además de los ambientales que complementen a estos, o sirvan para ponerlos en marcha y/o para su control.
6. ADMINISTRATION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF MUNICIPAL PUBLIC SERVICES: Provision of public services for the planning, organization, administration, execution, maintenance, and operation of public services and public facilities provided to MORONA EP by the Municipal Government of the Morona canton, according to its needs and jurisdiction.
7. AIR, LAND, RIVER AND MULTIMODAL PASSENGER AND/OR CARGO TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: To present, promote, and implement the air, land, river, and multimodal passenger and/or cargo transportation system, improving overall accessibility and mobility and enabling, above all, the rural sector of the province of Morona Santiago to improve its quality of life.

Morona-EP is headquartered in the city of Macas, in the canton of Morona, and its office is located at the Roberto Villarreal Bus Terminal. Its responsibilities include managing the terminal, including its administration, maintenance, leasing, and operation, in accordance with the agreement signed with the Municipal Government of the canton of Morona.
